New brand for establishments that meet European standards

Allergen Control we are in luck. Now it will be easier to recognize establishments that serve food in compliance with European regulations 1169/2011 and RD 126/2015. This identifier will have a custom QR code and be visible from outside the information you should know the allergic and intolerant foodstuffs.

The certificate can deliver physically, but also facilitated through our modern online portal the ability to download at any time.

So if you see the sign on the door of a restaurant or bar it means that is trusted and looking after the welfare of its customers. If you still do not have the complete allergen control plan and adaptation of your letter, please contact us.
